 Founded in Baldwin Park, CA in 1999, Lighting Technologies International very quickly established themselves as a leader in xenon lamp technology for the cinema industry. Recognized as a leader in the industry, LTI was acquired by Philips Electronics in 2007 and for the next nine years continued to manufacture lamps under the Philips brand.
In 2016 Philips made the decision to exit many areas of lighting to focus on the growing LED segment of the market. LTI is now a privately held company manufacturing the same great lamps, now back under their own brand, in the same factory that they have been in since 1999.
